The original room we were assigned to was nasty, the TV was broken, the air conditioner has to be turned on and off in the hotel office. The room second room we were assigned to was nasty, there was no clean towels, (maybe because there was no towel rack, the tissue paper was on the floor (because there was not tissue holder). There was an electrical outlet that didn't have a cover on it. If that was not enough they have a no refund policy, we had to dispute through our credit card company for full credit. Will all of this information and our receipt from the Motel 6 we were given full credit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Hope this helps someone out there make a wise choice. more
