Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years and this is my second visit this year ( April) for 4-7 days at a time…sure it it’s getting old but it’s a huge complex and they are constantly renovating sections. It has a great location near Old Town Disney ect. If had an issue eg. With the TV, MAINTENANCE was sent in a jiffy by the Frontdesk . They are very efficient and can sort out most problems or you’ll be moved to another room. The front desk, especially WANDA, is super helpful and always friendly and caring. I medically consul from my room so I appreciate the good stable Wi-Fi. I’ll be back 2x again in 2024

This motel should be condemned. We booked a room and as soon as we walked in, the room smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom light flickered and the walls were covered with grey patches to cover holes. The bedspreads look so disgusting and dirty that I wouldn't allow my dog to sleep on it. Yuck! Thank goodness we received a refund and found a better motel with a full complimentary breakfast that was cheaper than this place.

Be aware the lobby is not what the rooms look like. The seaside room looked just like it was under the sea floors carpet brown, faded I was scared to take my shoes off. behind door rusted hinges carpet need replacing and carpet smelled like toe jams the pictures say it all I have numerous ones sleep in your car if you are in a situation like we were it was late and no other hotels were open since our first hotel we booked down road from here was also disappointing. Don't try to cancel as you get misdirected old furniture indeed. no words check reviews

Wasn’t expecting a 4 star experience based on pricing for accommodation ,was pleasantly surprised by the facilities especially pool and hot tub. Rooms are definitely tired and sorely in need of updates. Best feature by far is the friendliness and willingness of staff to accommodate guests.especially Deborah and her team at the front desk who went above and beyond fixing a reservation Expedia messed up .

This place is cheap and you get what you pay for, I was visiting solo for business at short notice so was looking for something cheap, Im not here for a holiday but still want a functional, good clean room, the first room they gave me was a dump, I asked to be moved and they obliged, this new room was considerabley better, cleanish, some stains on the carpet and the walls but everything worked and the beds were reasonably comfy, I wouldn't bring my wife here but if you are looking for a cheap stay then this might work for you, I did read the other reviews and can understand why people are slating the place, I found reception friendly and helpful, the pool area was ok, but generally its very tired, dated and needs a good clean and upgrade.

It was very cold during our stay and upon arrival the heat was not working, nor was the tv in all 3 of our rooms. We had requested a room without carpet due to severe allergies and didn’t get that even after having to move the next day due to issues in the room. It had very smelly, dirty carpet, stained sheets and towels. The room was dusty and just subpar. The upper Management was very uncaring and not empathetic to a situation of long time customers. We had 3 families there and one had their vehicle taken from their parking lot. We had to wait for someone to drive six hours to come get our luggage and two members of our group. Unfortunately, they could not get here until two hours after check out because we live six hours away. We requested a late check out so that we were not left sitting on the curbside waiting, they refused our request and didn’t even offer to allow us to put all our things in at least one room or somewhere else on the property while we waited for someone to come pick up all the luggage and two of our group so all of us could get back home. We have been coming here since they were a Disney good neighbor property, which they have long lost that designation and I can definitely see why. It is very disappointing that they were so inconsiderate and uncaring of the situation they could not allow us two hours for someone to get there to help us.

This was a horror movie set masquerading as a motel. This is the kind of motel where "has been" "C" list celebrities would be found dead from a heroin overdose or turning tricks a decade after making their last exploitation movie. This hotel is decaying. Sheets, towels, and pillow cases are thread bare, and if you do not make reservations to have housekeeping come by the next day, they don't clean your room. (They will not tell you this when you check in, so it might take you a couple of days to find out the scam.) During our stay, the hot water boiler broke and was not fixed for several days. There is mold everywhere. The heater does not work in the winter, and the air conditioner will probably not work in the summer. They will have the gall to charge you a 'resort fee' for swimming pools you can't use, hot tub/spas you don't want to use, and infrastructure that is crumbling. The furniture and carpet date back to the Disco era. I do NOT recommend walking on the carpet barefoot. This motel might be a good place to conduct a drug deal or film a porno movie.

I'm not a snob and have stayed in hotels all over the world. This is by far the worst place I've ever set foot in. I managed to lay my bags down for 30 mins while looking for another hotel. Anyone from the UK reading this will understand Blackpool has some rough hotels and this place takes the biscuit. Nothing like the pictures and despite the reviews I thought I would give it a try. I've never checked out a hotel within an hour in my life. Whether I get my money back leaving was the best decision . Currently staying in celebration suits and it's great. Save yourself the hassle .

When I first got in the lobby everything seemed nice with the arcade they have and there were people in the pool (it was night time when I checked in). It looks like others received maybe a different room the price for one night is great if you also plan to shower with shoes on. Just was not for me the moment I checked in I checked right out but I was also given the end part of the rooms which from what I see in other reviews it is the worst. Recommend if it is one night maybe, not for me though. Maybe they have better rooms. Also everything is nearby just assumed it would be better looking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Seralago Hotel In Kissimmee, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city a breeze, and I can’t wait to return on my next visit. Highly recommended!
