I stayed at this hotel en route to Miami, it was a halfway point for me and my Husband to sleep for a few hours and drive the rest of the way, so we didnt want to spend alot of money.
Okay, we didnt expect the Hyatt or anything for the $70.00 we paid but this place was pretty grimey.
We got to the room late, probably 10:00 pm and went to sleep, our wake up call was at 2:30 am, at which time I took a shower. little did I realize(due to extreme fatigue from driving 15 hours straight and only sleeping 3 hours) when I walked from the bathroom to the bed my feet were DIRTY! The carpet was MOIST!
I complained to the front desk when I checked out, conviently they were getting all the capets cleaned the next day(which Im sure is what they tell everyone). I was too tired to really care to take my complaint further. They offered me the continental breakfast which consisted of out-dated pre- packaged muffins and coffee that was burnt to the bottom of the pot. I would not suggest... more
