My family and extended family coming from all over the south met in Lake City to spend the long weekend doing fun family things!! (Including the Gator football game...GO GATORS!) We've stayed at this location for the past 10 years. The renewal and change to Cabot Lodge updated it nice, especially with internet, especially the computer in the lobby, yeah! The homemade breakfast and evening wine is just lovely. It's a good restaurant for families, too. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I look forward to staying there again... more

The lady at the front desk that has worked there for 26 years (sorry I don't have her name) was incredibly nice. She went above & aboard to make us feel comfortable. more

Looks like your regular motel. Clean rooms, friendly,efficient staff. Happy hour with beer, wine, snacks was nice. Good breakfast included including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. Rooms clean. Would definitely stay again. more

Dropped in. Got a room that we'd like. Opened the door and was quite pleased. Fresh room. Amenities. Pillows made in heaven. I was pleased with the walking security on the parking lot. The last few places had just a security camera. Great, if you wish to have a video of a break in. more

when we arrived in the room my daugther refused to touch anything because it looked old and dirty. I reassured my daughter that it was merely a place to sleep for the night on our way to orlando.
