The room was filthy, smelled like smoke something terrible (supposable non-smoking room). Toilet was broken, blanket had cigarette burn marks in it, and bed was very uncomfortable. We spent 6 nights there and didn't get disappointed in anything. A great choice and a super value. Very friendly and helpful staff; very clean and comfortable rooms; movies are just $9.99; a great outdoor pool; nice area and location. You will definitely enjoy Homestead Lake Mary.
