We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights after staying in a horrible motel in Kissimmee. We have a baby and the staff at Holiday Inn could not have been nicer or accomodating. Our entire family (15+) was VERY pleasantly surprised at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean, the pool area was beautiful, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We had two very minor issues during our stay (with the tub, and the crib), and the staff fixed the problems immediately, with many apologies. I would highly recommend this hotel... more

Overall clean, but saw 5 mite type bugs in two days. Staff pleasant, but keys never seemed to work or stay coded which was quite inconvenient. Staying on 2nd floor in back is horrible. WOW! I was beside myself when I checked into this hotel. WHAT A PLACE! The recent award-winning renovations were just what the old place needed. The staff was superb. The girls at the desk in the morning were so nice to let us check in early and offered different things to make our stay more comfortable. more
