“Excellent Hampton Inn and Friendly and Accomodating Staff here to serve the customer”

This hotel has great customer service. They found me a room even when they were sold out and the hotel is awesome and in a great location next to a movie theater and restaurants/shops. The rooms are very clean, they are up to the Hampton Standard. Brand New (or almost brand new) property. Location is awesome!

“New, clean and convenient”

This hotel is very convenient to eateries and shopping within the same complex. We were able to walk to many places, which was nice. It was very comfortable. The location is just off the toll road and not far from I-4. It is easy to find. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good.

“Good Hotel Near Stores/Restaurants”

Most Hampton Inns are conveniently located. The Hampton Inn of Lakeland, Fla, may be one of the best located in terms of the many stores, restaurants and businesses that surround it. “Wonderful Location! Mini Resort!”

Chose this hotel because it was near SEU for a college tour. Squealed for joy when we entered the property and saw numerous shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Felt safe enough to send Teen daughter and friend out bathing suite shopping. They had a blast swimming in the outdoor pool that night. Can't wait to stay here again... More

“A well-kept secret in Lakeland”

Second year my friend & I have stayed here, using a group rate. We would pay the normal rate to stay at this particular Hampton Inn. The location is wonderful - can walk to any number of restaurants, stores & movie theatre. You can even catch a bus as the stop is a short walk thru a few parking lots.... More

“Accommodations are fine but way overpriced.”

The accommodations are average but not average price - the price is much too high for this average hotel. I don't recommend this hotel for this reason. There is upscale shopping in walking distance and good restaurants, but that doesn't make it worth double the price for me.

Spent a week in Lakeland to watch college baseball. Hotel was terrific- excellent service from Miss Mary at the desk and all staff.
