The hotel is great, very clean and good service. The pool is open all night long; you can use it any time you like. It is a new hotel so everything is in a good condition. I spent three days in a king/jacuzzi room and was very happy with my stay. The room was enormous, very clean and had all the amenities. The jacuzzi in the room filled quickly and was a treat. This was a great deal and a great stay....clean is the name of the game there. Service was wonderful and minutes down the road is a shopping center that was amazing. This is by far the best Holiday Inn ever visited. Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice pool. We wil Stay again. more

Cancelled our reservation but was billed on credit card. By the time I received the bill and saw the charge I had disposed of the cancellation number and they would not remove the charge. I'm still fighting it. more
