Our room was small and outdated: old TV, terrible reception, no master light switch, no iPod or CD player (just a cheap clock radio), not many plugs avaiable to charge electronics, print on the wall was faded. Did not stay at the hotel but went for lunch at the Terrace Grill. The food was AWESOME and the desserts were to die for. Service was great and I thought the prices were quite reasonable.The kicthen staff is obviously very experienced. I don't suggest for Holiday Buffets, went Easter with reservation for 2 pm. Salad line had only 3 shrimp remaining, fish and prepared chicken stale and cold, lamb, beef and ham mis-cut and over heated. Not impressed, mediocre at best.. The Terrace Grill restaurant is a wonderful special evening out. It was decorated to the nines for the holiday season which made it even more memorable. The decor is somewhere between classical marble carvings and art nouveau. The white linen, heavy silver and sparkling crystal add to the atmosphere.
