He rudely said he doesn't know the address I was looking for and that I should go to the information booth nearby. The front office help was mean and tried to get more money from me AFTER I had already made the reservation on line. We have run our hotel for 20 years already and have never had any such claims made against us. We run our business honestly and follow all policies. The problem here was that these guests did not agree with our posted and state policies. We told them in advance that the extra-person charge is $20 each and they agreed. But...

I booked this hotel with Hotels. I called them and they said they were only acting as a booking agent, and couldn’t help with resolving an action; it had to be done with the establishment. This hotel is nothing like the web site makes it out to be. There are no two bedroom suites with living area , it's a DOUBLEBED ROOM WITH NO LIVING AREA.(the same you might find at a $29 MOTEL). If you have booked this room on the net make sure you ask to see the room before you sign in,... more

If we were really this deceptive, you would have seen many more negative reviews over our 20 year history here. We booked a room with 2 double beds and a full kitchen but when we got there it was 2 double beds and a microwave and small refrigerator. So we cancelled and we were left to find a motel at the last minute.Beware every unit doesn't have a full kitchen as it says on their website. more

I don't know if this was due to any type of misunderstanding or not, but when someone books a kitchen, they get a kitchen. We have full-fledged kitchens here and I would not use the same word to describe a microwave and fridge. A microwave and fridge comes with all rooms and there is nothing special about it - so...
