“Best bang for family buck!”

When you see the reviews and the rate we paid I was waiting for the old bate and switch. The hotel and room are better than described. Modern amenities extremely clean and neat facility. The pool area is great and the balcony wraps around the entire place with a screened in portion.

The units are mostly 3 bed rooms and 2 baths. Two of the bedrooms are master size and one faces the gulf direction. Space is around 1800 sq ft, very spacious. The living area is open plan. Beautiful aprtments in a quiet part of Marco Island. No restaurant onsite but grocer, coffee shop and restuarants within 5 minutes walk. Service was fantastic they couldn't do any more for us and it was great to get free bike hire to cycle to the beach. Great rooms, great staff, the New York guys are great, nothing a problem for them, got bikes and explored island. Only problem is no bar, no food only vending machine. big let down, needs fixing otherwise worth a stay, it's a very quite hotel set off the beach road on a quite island

Great experience overall. Beautiful resort...great service. Located near the beach, this resort offers amenities perfect for families, couples and/or group trips. Tony and Paul (both from New York) provided excellent customer service during our stay.
