No complaints! Room was clean. Bed was fine. Fixtures worked. Ample outlets. Breakfast standard fare for this priced range motel. Would stay here again. Check in was smooth.I and friendly. Room was right where I could back up to the door which makes it handy to unload. Microwave and Fridge were handy to have.

To start with, the front desk folks were very kind and helpful. Even though the hotel was an older hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again on our return home in a few days..

Horrible horrible location very outdated disgusting rooms holes in the walls missing outlet covers major safety fire hazard the health department and the fire department should shut this property down if you're traveling with small children it and that could be a horrible nightmare luckily only here for the night such a disappointing property

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and never have we had a worst stay. Cigarette butts in front of the unit. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. We booked for 3 nights. Never once was the bed linen changed or the bed made. On our last day, I inquired of the front desk why and was told they didn't change beds at this location. The promised internet service didn't work. A call to the desk didn't help. The desk agent said he'd reboot the server but that did no good. I never was able to connect to the internet. On one afternoon we returned to an unserviced room, no towels and there was dirt on the floor...it had not been vacuumed, or not very well. The toilet would not completely flush and I'll leave to the reader to decide what that means. I will say that the front desk agents were great and the morning breakfast was edible. I have requested from both Choice Hotels and the Owner/Manager for a refund for services not provided but I have had no suitable reply (but Choice Hotel did did offer me 10,000 points what I don't want) and no reply from the owner/manager. We always stay at a Choice Hotel but this incident might just change our minds.

My wife and I travel by car quite regularly. What we have found is that many of the older chains tend to have cosmetic, mechanical, and maintenance issues arising from customer carelessness (or abuse) but also from management's neglect. We entered the Quality Inn in Marianna without any high expectations because the picture of the place showed it to be one of the more traditional older designs for the brand. We were very pleasantly surprised: the room we received, with one king bed, was clean, neat, and all those little issues such as bathroom caulk splashed everywhere in thick bands around each facility were noticeably absent. The room maintenance had been recently addressed and was competently completed! Everywhere on the premises, there appeared to be people making the place look better and function better. Then there was the staff: one of the most friendly, communicative, and helpful we have encountered. And this extended into the very adequate free breakfast. While not really a big deal, the only element of our stay that was not perfect was the bed and the pillows were not as firm as we prefer. Otherwise, a great job of maintaining the property.

Came up here for a weeklong family reunion trip. Spent roughly $700 for the week. On my 3rd day my family decided to stop by and hang at the pool for a little. The pool was completely empty when I arrived, no other guest even sitting around it. My family was a group of 6 with only 3 actually getting into the pool (with me included in that count so only two others would be swimming). They were denied access initially, then when it was elaborated that only two more would be joining me in the water they were told they can spend $30 each to be able to stay at the pool. To me that felt like a form of extortion. Those three could have all been a part of my singular room. If a parent bought a king sized room could the two kids also not swim with them? I spoke with the head office and was told it’s against hotel policy. This city is a ghost town. Marianna literally has nothing to do. Very disappointed that I had to send my family off from a completely empty pool. Those outside of the water were already masked up(already vaccinated but wanted to show respect to the building). Oh and of course we’re black.

We stopped here for an overnight stay. Upon entering the room, there was a musky smell. A friend went to the bathroom and screamed because of the roach on the wall, which she killed. There was also a roach crawling under the sink area. I could not sleep well for thinking about if there were other roaches elsewhere. The lampshades were filthy with discoloration and mold and the brass fixtures were rusted. I was so glad when morning came an we were able to leave. Upon leaving, I notified the girls at the front desk that they need to get an exterminator in to spray. I will never stay at this Quality Inn again.

The hotel is very old, the stairway is oxidated metal, the place is very run down. The place needs a massive makeover. No elevator. All of the employees were very nice. On the bright side, it has a fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Cood be much better.

I arrived without a reservation with my college kid, dog and cat in tow. The front desk clerk was welcoming to all of us. For $90, we got two neatly made queen beds, ice cold AC, clean bathroom and twos. There were lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. It’s cleaner than my bedroom toward the end of the week. Internet woes fine. No issues.
