This hotel is easy access from I-95 but you won't hear the noise especially with the A/C unit going. It is a bit far from the beach and downtown area (maybe 6 - 8 miles). “Happy Staff”

Everyone at the HI Express in Melbourne was very friendly! The hotel is about 10 miles from the beach, but is also about half price of the beach hotels. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Good exercise room, nice rooms, and good parking.

We are from Germany and we made a trip from Miami round Florida. There were 2 Hotels that was excellent. One was this Holiday Inn !!. Clean and frendly. Only sharing the pool with Days Inn is not so good Friendly staff in this Hotel. We will stay there if weare in Florida and Melbourne Area again.

“Hitting the HIX Standard”

Nothing extraordinary nor below expectations to be reported here. The hotel was clean, convenient with a friendly and efficient staff and the usual good breakfast. Only potential problem may be parking. I had no difficulty but the HIX shares the property with a large Days Inn and depending on timing, the nearest parking space could be a hike.

Clean rooms, quiet. Particularly impressed with breakfast staff. They cleaned constantly and made sure all breakfast selections were always available. Stephanie, in particular, worked very hard to make sure anything you wanted was available. Convenient to Old Melbourne for dinner and Nats stadium in Vierra for Spring Training. I'll be back! “Great Place to Stay”

We only stayed one night. Nice rooms, clean, microwave refrigerator. Staff went out of their way to make you welcome. Great breakfast and managers happy hour. Jessica was very friendly. Will stay there again and recommend it.

We stayed five nights...in town for spring training. We liked the location, cleanliness, friendliness, and what was included. Room came w/breakfast, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, screen TV, and a happy hour. We would stay there again and recommend it.
