The hotel went under new management in February 2007, since then there have been major renovations. Not only were the rooms gutted but the bathrooms... We have a new pool and done a new landscaping overhaul. We have basic cable with 75 channels including HBO. All rooms have refrigerators and over half have microwaves. I was visiting a relative whose house was too crowded with other family members. Since I originally didnt plan to stay in a hotel I didnt really have the budget for it. The Holiday Inn we wanted was fully booked so the lady at the reception recommended the America`s Best Value Inn a few meters on the right. My 14 year old daughter and I made the horrible mistake of staying at the Ramada Limited Hotel , 4500 West New Haven Ave., Melbourne, Florida. We were fleeing Hurricane Charley on August 13, 2004.
