My family stayed here for one night before boarding a cruise the next day. The hotel has free shuttle service to the property and one can purchase their "cruise" package which will prepay a shuttle to the pier the next day. It all worked very smoothly. The setting is convenient for the airport and there is a regular shuttle service. On the downside its miles from anywhere so you definately need a car. The staff are friendly enough and the public areas are good. The rooms are big, clean and the beds are fantastic, free internet access too. The stay was comfortable but there are no microwaves or refridgerators in rooms. You have to pay $8 for breakfast. And it is far from everything (MIAMI). The staff was very helpful. Traffic in the morning is like a parking lot on the highways (826,836,75). more

Hotel shuttles to and from MIA are slow and unreliable. Staff is not helpful, many do not speak English. Hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. I would not stay here again, one of the worst Courtyard experiences I have ever had. more

Stayed there August 2004. Lowest bed I have ever seen. Mattress was quite thin. Buffet breakfast - eggs were runny, service was slow (to get my bill!). Hot tub was great. more
