Had a 45 day conference here and it was amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive without being overly solicitous. The rooms were nice (though could have used more drawer space for clothes as was with my spouse). The food and amenities were wonderful.

I get to the Miami area periodically for business and have stayed here 3 times. This is a great choice. The only drag is the construction on the road in front of the hotel makes it nearly impossible to get in the place.
Once inside, no worries. I would highly recommend this Ritz.

Two really nice guys who gave me an upgrade to a suite, which I am so grateful for.
I flew 23 hours from Singapore for a 2 day work conference.

We stayed here for 2 nights in January, and loved the hotel - from the friendly and efficient service at check-in, the always present and helpful valets, the spacious, clean and pleasant room and the delicious breakfast.
