First the positive. Cheap, clean, close to Bayside Marketplace and marina, handy for buses to Miami Beach and Metro. BUT very basic, small en suite rooms with TV and aircon. Looking tired. Ancient elevator. No facilities. Needs refurbishment. It's OK but you wouldn't want to stay there for more than a day or two. more
