Hotel was advertised with high speed internet. No internet in rooms. Only wireless available in lobby. Hotel rooms looked run down, curtains were dirty, no wash cloth with bathroom linens, bathroom could have been cleaner. Bed was soft, sliding glass doors to balcony had fogged glass...looked dirty. To add insult to injury, in addition to leaving us stranded in Miami overnight, they sent us to this hotel. I find it false advertisement when they talk about modern rooms.
