Being in the airport terminal is the biggest plus for this property. Rooms are expensive and less costly alternatives are available in the area. We had a 5:40AM departure so we chose this property due to our need to be at the airport check-in counter before 4:00AM. More

Check in: The room rate was not correct even though multiple e-mails were exchanged confirming my room reservation and rate. I asked to change rooms for a higher floor but was not told that the new room was "handicapped equipped". We had ten hour layover in Miami and having stayed here before selected this hotel once again. We were not disappointed. Rooms are excellent, clean, quite, large and well appointed. Check in and out speedy . Lobby has numerous eating areas within easy walking and reticketing areas very close by. Excellent choice if having a long layover. More

Convenient because we had 12 hours' layover between flights so it suited our purposes. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Bed very comfortable and we received our wake-up call on time. We will stay here on our return home, again another 12 hour layover, after a 2 week vacation in St. Kitts. Thank you! More

Stayed here because of the proximity to the airport, which really can't be beat. However, the rooms were small, old and dusty, the staff wasn't that friendly, and there is a fair amount of noise from the hallway and other rooms. Next time I'll take a shuttle to a nearby hotel for the sake of a better experience. More
