The manager should hand you a complementary can of roach spray and some mouse traps as you are walking into the building. Don't be surprised that you will be stomping on roaches or seeing mice running around the building. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. This hotel was horrible, disgusting, and I will never go back. Hotel had roaches everywhere! Mice everywhere! Mouse poop on our counter. This was the worse hotel ever...when i arrived there was blood on the walls, holes in the dirty linen, stains on the towels, rust in the bath and dirty water...so not really a good start to the stay! Hotel Boulevard is a restaurant with a hotel on top. Our room was on top of the kitchen and so got to hear plates and silverware crashing, along with loud conversation.
