Unit was clean except for the carpet, which from my experience, is hard to keep clean given the tar from Miami Beach. This is a no frills condo as I believe they just go into the Chruchill rental pool until they get a long term lease for The Crown. What you need to know: Churchill Suites is a separate entity from Crown Residence. The location is fine- 41 and Collins, right on the beach and North of South Beach away from all the noise, but near the board walk.
