Loved this condo. Stayed in 1 bedroom unit on 7th floor. Condo was nicely furnished and smelled fresh. Condo looks just like the pictures posted on their website. Unit was clean except for the carpet, which from my experience, is hard to keep clean given the tar from Miami Beach. This is a no frills condo as I believe they just go into the Chruchill rental pool until they get a long term lease for The Crown. What you need to know: Churchill Suites is a separate entity from Crown Residence. The location is fine- 41 and Collins, right on the beach and North of South Beach away from all the noise, but near the board walk. This place has potential but zero service. The pool is nice, location is decent but, nobody from the Crown is ever around. They don't have any staff on location and the condo management people seem to disslike renters. I called for service 10+ times for stupid little things like towels,keys...with no response.
