This hotel, although a couple block walk from all the happenings of South Beach, was classy and modern. The staff at the hotel was great. With the exception of service in thier resturant we had a great time. The pools and beach were both great and relaxing. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. Overall we had a great time! more

If South Beach is what you want then you get it here. The location is quite great being on the beach. We stayed here for three nights in March and because of my marriott rewards we were upgraded to a room overlooking the beach. Stayed Wed14th-Sat17th October pre cruise. Just before we left there were a couple of poor reviews on this hotel but fear not. Rooms were very clean & spacious with a balcony, the bar was excellent as were the staff . Went for a surprise birthday trip to South Beach. The Marriott was listed as being on the main strip very close to all the restaurants and nightlife, however, it really is not that close. You must walk several blocks to get to the main area of entertainment. I only mention this b/c in the summer it is HOT. So hot... more

There are many better alternatives to choose from on South Beach, do not waste the high dollar money on this hotel. The rooms are not clean. In fact, there is mold on the ceiling, walls, and floor board area. This is unacceptable in my opinion. I would not accept mold in my home let alone pay $250.00 a night to... more

This hotel is situated right on the beach with easy access to all area amentities. The pool area is very nice and leads to a nice boardwalk that borders Miami beach. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would go back in a heartbeat. more
