We absolutely loved The Mercury! Everything was great - the service, the rooms AND the value! I didn't think it was possible to enjoy the "South Beach boutique hotel experience" at a reasonable rate, but we did at he Mercury. We're already planning our next visit! more

The hotel offered everything I needed. Valet parked my car, nice friendly staff checked me in. Once inside the room, I was happy to see a full kitchen. The nicest surprise was the bed....very comfortable temperpetic mattress. Had a nice meal a the sushi restaurant and was pleased with everything. more

Horrible and unfriendly service. The "resort" is in poor condition. Bugs in bed, ants all over the kitchen. The staff refused to give a new room, or cancel and refund the rest of my stay which I pre paid. more
