Viscay is a cozy boutique hotel, very quiet and clean, 1-minute walk to restaurants on Ocean Drive and 2-minute walk to the beach. We picked this hotel because it was close to everything and the website pictures looked decent. It was really hard to find parking. The Viscay is in the perfect location in Miami Beach. I was in the thick of restaurants, clubs, and the Beach. The Hotel is a small privately managed hotel. It is clean. The wireless works great. The room was clean and comfortable so no complaints when we first arrived but trying to sleep was another matter. I thought the hotel was decent and safe for South Beach. The owner is the chief, cook and bottle washer and very hands on. He was a bit serious, but South Beach can be a bit of a zoo in February, so his attention to details, safety and security were appreciated. more

We had an excellent stay here, with a large sunny, air-conditioned room, and a nice, super-clean bathroom. With a full-size fridge and sink, it was like a home away from home. And with the friendly, efficient service and super location (right down the street from the ocean drive action), yo u simply can't beat it for the price.! more
