phone and movies did not work, toilet kept blocking and an alarm test was done in the middles of the night. the last straw was the cleaner leaving our door open......... worst place i have ever stayed all imcompetent staff. more

I don't understand how this hotel can be called a Resort. Stayed here for a convention on 11/13-11/15/09. Where to start..the lobby is nice. And that's where it ends. Dingy, depressing, and desperately out of date. My room lacked hot water and looked like an Eastern European prison cell. Plenty of stray hairs floating around in the grand pool. They offer people unfortunate to have stayed there an upgrade for a positive review. That should tell you all you need to know. You can do better for the money... more
