This hotel is awesome! It's small, art design hotel! The employees was very attentives, some even spoke portugues!! It was December, and it was cold, so we didn''t use the pool area, but it's really nice too! The restaurante it's great. The room was very large, there's not a great view, but nice room, clean and elegant. The location it's... More

The Sagamore has the potential to be truly a great vacation experience. Upon arrival friendly hotel staff are welcoming and carry bags to your room with efficency. The hotel lobby is modern with art displayed throughout. The front desk is small but again the staff are couteous. There is an old elevator next to the reception with an expired safety... More

I stayed here with my best friends before we went on a cruise. We were looking for a swanky, cool place to stay while in South Beach. Even the choices seem endless we decided on the Sagamore. We stayed in one of the 2 level suites, which was nice and spacious. The decor in the hotel was nice in modern,... More

Unfortunately, for a five star boutique hotel, not what we were expecting at all. Seems like time and money has been spent on the reception area and artwork, but not much else lately. Stayed in a two story bungalow overlooking the gardens which was a lot smaller and more worn/tired looking than appeared on the website. Main lounge lights went... More

A great location to launch all things South Beach. You are 2 doors down from the glamorous Delano and walking distance to other great spots for dining and shopping. The Delano is a cool / hip property, but come in after dark and you will have to pass a rope line and the scrutiny of the beautiful people. After hearing... More

I loved the hotel, though it was pretty pricey, despite the online discount. I wish there had been free wifi, felt bad to pay extra. All the staff were amazing nice, responsive, accommodating. Location can't be beat. More

We chose the Sagamore because we found the large size oceanfront suite appealing for the around $600 a night price. The room was very awkward. There is a 20 foot hallway from door to living room.... yet next to nothing for closet space. Clearly a design flaw. The hall was useless as you could get through the suite via, bathroom,... More

Had a great 4-night stay at the Sagamore which included our two-year old twins. It was exactly what we were looking for: chic, intimate, quiet and kid friendly. From the looks of the hotel, you would never guess that it would be so, but there were more than a few families there. From what I could tell, everyone seemed to... More

Lovely hotel on the ocean, next door to the Ritz. The bungalows are wonderful. The regular rooms are lovely too. The art in the public spaces is fantastic. The poolside area is very beautiful and there always seems to be enough space for everyone. It's a private collection and the hotel is privately owned. We stay here every year with... More
