“debit without authorization, dirty windows, broken curtains, manager doesn't remember clients..”

i stayed 1 week in this hotel, in the biggest room (oceanfront suite, it's not a suite indeed but a big room). the windows were so dirty we could not see through, i asked for 3 days that someone would clean them, it was done the 4th day. i had to ask twice a day.. the curtains were totally broken... Stylish rooms, great bed, and in the heart of everything. Love the European rooftop pool. Great views of south beach! And you can enjoy your free breakfast at the pool as a perk for being a Gold Card member, easily a ten dollar value in sobe. Free loungers on the beach are also included. I will be back.
