I was first assigned a delapidated one bedroom unit. The bedspreads were torn and worn, the carpet was ripped, the upolstery was dated and shreding at the seams. When I complained, I was eventually moved to a "remodeled" studio, the size of a closet. There are no amenities on site. The staff is rude and uncooperative. more

Can you believe that we own a week at Miami Beach and we can't even get a live person to take the informaion to book it? Maybe they just want us to pay for the timeshare while they proceed to rent the rooms out to 'prospective buyers'. I pay for this and I can't stay there?? Terrible service. more
