I stayed one night at the Sanctuary with my sister this past weekend (oct 2009). We paid $160 before taxes. The hotel is rated 4 star which is not very accurate. It is worn down considerably although you can see where effort was put into making the rooms comfortable and upscale. I would rate the hotel 3.5 stars...its better than... more

I stayed at this hotel with my teenage daughter beginning of August this year. We found the rooms to be very clean, including the sheets, the utensils (which we used), the couches, etc...Considering the price, it offers the largest space for two people I have ever encountered. Nice designed small trendy and luxury hotel. Spacious rooms, with separate living and sleeping area. Very friendly staff and a nice bar and restaurant.
