I stayed here for spring break and was utterly dissapointed with the level of service. No air conditioning, No working ice machines, No working ATM's, Dirty pool area, watered down drinks, no english speaking staff (could not ask for towels, toilet paper, soap, clean sheets). We resorted to raiding the maid closet for supplies and making our beds ourselves. more

This hotel is in a great location. Right on Collins Avenue, just about a mile away from Lincoln Road. Nice pool. Not sure how often they clean it, though. In its heyday (the 1970s), this hotel was a gem. It has not been renovated since (or at least it seems that way). The rooms, while very large, were quite dingy... more
