We made a reservation in this hotel because of the condo/suite features. When we arrived the fridge did not work, and had cables sticking out from it; front desk sent somebody from maintenance who said "yes, your fridge does not work", and that was that. This hotel has a very unusual way of dealing with customer credit card so now I need to closely monitor my credit card statement to make sure nothing goes wrong. I just came back with from my stay at the metropole...i must say the hotel is nice. the courtyard with the small jacuzzi is inviting... the lady that works in the afternoon is very helpful.. we had a 2 bedroom , and was just like the pictures, nice 42 tv, comfortable beds and big living room... definitely need more lighting... more

Have to say that the metropole hotel is a very nice property. Not a 4 star exactly, the pool is more like a jacuzzi, there is no restaurant in the property and no bar. It is definitely not a 4-star. Service was horrible. Valet is hopeless, every time we had to wait for over 30 minutes to get our car.
