Some friends and I stayed at this hotel last year. The pictures were beautiful, the satff worked well with us over the phone and I must confess; it is in one of the best locations ever. Right next door to Johnny Rockets, feet away from Wet Willie's, the sand and the Versace mansion!!! However, the service is horrific. There was no hot water for 3 of the 4 days we stayed there, and never a "manager" on duty. He or she was always away or taking care of another "issue" the hotel was having. The pictures of the hotel do no justice, as when u walk into the small over-crowded lobby, you want with all your might to expect more from the "suites"; until you step foot on the old, and might I add rattled elevator, which I simply refused to ride on. I walked up the 2 flights no matter what. Only to enter the even more overcrowded room, and flat almost to the flooor bed. Love the location. Never again will stay there. They still owe me money for not having... more
