The worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. There on business. 2 cable channels, curly hairs on shower wall, duct tape wrapped around toilet seat, yes duct tape. The Ocean Surf Hotel is located fairly far away from South Beach, which makes it very quiet, compared to most hotels in Miami Beach.
