This place was the worst place I have ever been. As soon as you walk in you are turned off by the roach spray and pinesol scent. The elevator smelled like urines and the carpet in the hallways and in the room was warn out, had yellow stains on it and smelled like a nursing home. The room had pipes... more

COSTS Booked through Expeida and had pre-paid. Had to take $90 hit on CC when registering $50 damage deposit and $20/night (*2 nights) for parking. Got the $50 back. $20 for 24 hour parking is not bad for the area (parking ramp around the corner is the same 24 hours = $20 - but Haddon Hall you have in and... more

Cheap and clean. The rooms are small but quite adequate. As for what most people are saying about a "mildew" small, you have to realize you are in an old art deco hotel in Miami Beach where the weather is warm 10 months of the year....you would smell that in an old 4 or 5 star hotel too!! The hotel... more

i visited miami just looking for a place to crash while taking in the sites and thought anything for $100 a night would be ok, the outside looked nice and moderrn but as soon as you walk into the lobby you realise its a kip, the person behind the reception had a big sulky head(maybe cause she was sitting looking... more

Don't believe everything you read on here, some people are to fussy for their own good! I've just come back from Miami after staying in the Haddon Hall Hotel and I had a fab time. I read some of these reviews before I left and worried about how awful the hotel was going to be the whole way there. Yeah... more

My friends and I knew that we got a cheap room in a good location however we expected the hotel to be at least sanitary and the whole experience was awful. I went with my friend and my older sister and me and my friend arrived firstand smelled mold as soon as we walked in... they gave us a room... more

I admit that i was quite nervous at the prospect of staying at Haddon Hall when i read some of the other reviews. To ensure you get the best from your stay you have to remind yourself that for under $100 per nite you get what you pay for. I'll be the first to accpet that due to the heat... more

As soon as you get in the lobby, you will notice the smell of mildew and it doesn't get any better as you get into your room. The carpet is dirty and it feels wet. Curtains are dirty and bedspread is nasty looking. Shower clogs up. I would not stay here and would not recommend this place to anyone. more

First of all, it smelled like mildew. The bathroom tiles had mildew on them and the shower had no water pressure. The facuets were rusty and about to break off. The mattress was flatter than a pancake and had stains from past sexual rendezvous! The entire room reminded me of the villages in the depth of India! The room constantly... more

Was very satisfied with my stay from 5/10/09 - 5/20/09 at the Haddon Hall and would highly recommend this hotel to the budget traveler. I've stayed at some four star places that weren't as good and had less ....As one reviewer stated, you're staying on Miami Beach for a great price and still enjoying everything it has to offer ... more
