The location was perfect just across from the beach and the front porch offered great people watching on Ocean Drive with my morning coffee/evening mojito. We were pleasantly surprised with Winterhaven. Set amongst all the art deco hotels we felt like we had found a gem. Nothing to complain about at all. Close to everything. Rooms clean and crisp. The Winterhaven is a good choiceas a base to explore MIami Beach. The hotel is located at the quieter end of Ocean Drive and is in easy walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. I have traveled extensively in both luxury and economy hotels and this is by far the worst hotel. Awful service, indifferent staff, filthy rooms and towels. I would not recommend a dog stay at this hotel. more
