The only reason I ever visited this place was because my spouse liked the cheap lobster and steak, both of which are tiny and horrendous, and for the free 4th of July concerts. But never again. They have certain areas where clients cannot sit because it is reserved for their own people. And if you are in their way, they... more

Okay, I live in Miami and decided to stay at the Micc as my husband won a free night stay one day while playing poker. All I can say is GROSS. Upon finding parking among all the chronic casino goers loitering in and out of the parking lot, the entrance doors part and you are instantly transported into old auntie... more

We were touring around the Everglades, and came across this hotel late at night desperate to find somewhere to stay near the park. What a mistake. The receptionist was rude, the whole place filled with cigarette smoke, the room filthy. The only redeeming feature was the tasty $7 steak and lobster, lucky as the room was so vastly over-priced. A... more

My group and I stayed at Miccosukee for one night pre-cruise. We picked it because the resort has on-site gaming as well as bars, restaurants and a night club. Overall I was very pleased with my experience. Others in my group used the hotel's shuttle service and had to wait a VERY long time at the airport for it (1... more

My flight on American Airlines was cancelled and I was given a one night stay at this hotel with vouchers for dinner and breakfast, still having to pay an additional amount for each meal For breakfast the next morning, I decided to take the little coffee condiments basket with me to the dining room so I could bring back to... more

If you have an overwhelming urge to have yourself, and everything you've brought into a building permeated by a solid wall of acrid smoke while you're surrounded by the decaying flesh that's launching the new supply into the atmosphere, then this is your place. Do not be lulled into thinking that a non-smoking room will afford you any luxury of... more

I have never posted on this site before, but this hotel was so bad, that I just had to share my experience, so others don't make the same mistake. I was flying to Aruba on a family vacation and unfortunately due to cancellations at JFK airport, American Airlines had to send us to Miami for a night where they put... more

We had a flight cancellation and ended up staying here for the night. We took a look at the buffet and decided to try the "upscale" restaurant. The food was simply horrible. It was a like ordering seafood from Long John Silvers. The smoke was unbearable in public areas. Our "non-smoking" room wasn't much better. The beds were reasonably comfortable..... more

Due to a American Airlines mishap, our seats on a flight to Montego Bay were given to other passengers and we were put up here by American Airlines. Unhappy about NOT being in Jamaica as planned, we were unsure what to expect. On arrival, the grounds were amazing. The entire hotel was decorated in Christmas lights and the lobby had... more
