Just stayed in a suite for a week with my family. The room was clean and spacious. Two double beds with a pull-out couch. The hotel look nice. The rooms are big! Need some decorations but doesn't really matter. Beds are comfortable, everything is clean. Pool is nice but the spa is really hot. The complimentary breakfast is ok. Moreover there is a review of all the restaurant "carte" in the lobby which help a lot when you want to go out. more

This place was completely sub-par when it came to guest satisfaction. Terrible service, lousy accomodations and the front desk kids looked like they were on something. In a word; Terrible. If you can afford to, do not stay at this hotel. You will be extremely disappointed. The first thing I notice upon entering my room was the frat party stains on the dingy carpet. The photos on their website make this place look nice... it's not. They are attempting to renovate, but the property is old and tired, the lobby dismal, breakfast area is depressing, and the rooms, well, I checked the sheets twice. I travel often (business) and had stayed at this hotel previously. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's clean, quiet and "fresh". Access is easy from I-75. Staff is courteous and efficient. more
