Staff friendly, room and hotel super clean and comfortable. The general manager was actually at the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Scott the night manager is super helpful and Carol and Angela during the day will bend over backward to make your stay comfortable.

First time staying in a Marriott. The hotel has been renovated so nice furniture, new carpet in my room, although older hotel. The gym actually has free weights which is great but no room to use them :( Staff are friendly and helpful.

When Come to Naples I was stay at this hotel. This year hotel has been refurbished. The rooms have been given a makeover. The rooms now have good furniture , a lovely sofa to sit on to relax, and the big improvement is the lighting, a lot brighter and clearer.
