We only stayed one night, but it was such a great experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were great and the property was beautiful! We enjoyed waking up, having breakfast, and sitting on the dock watching the dolphins and other marine animals pass us by. What a gorgeous setting for a B&B! A beautiful room with a tremendous view and waterfront dock across the street! However, the breakfast was sparse and average at best. They could also use some better sheets and pillows! We would stay again just because of the beautiful surroundings! Make sure to eat dinner at That's Amore and Garlics! Both are incredible! More

Our stay at the Night Swan B&B was just what we needed- a peaceful weekend in a beautiful setting with great hospitality and delicious food!! The morning breakfast staff are wonderful cooks and shared their recipes with me each day. This is the second time my husband and I have stayed there. This is very relaxing place. We ate there once for breakfast and it was delicious!! As we have family there we have not eaten there again. But, we know people who have and found it delicious. And, most of all they enjoyed coffee on their balcony watching the boats and dolphins. More

My husband & I had a quiet romantic overnight. Our kids treated us for our anniversary and what a pleasant surprise! The room we relaxed in was quaint and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The staff very welcoming. Breakfast - so tasty. A great romantic setting. I actually saw dolphins frolicking in the water, from the deck while eating breakfast. Being from stressful south Florida came for a weekend getaway. So pleasant so nice so like home. Like going to your favorite Aunt;s home. Breakfast was great, comp. ice cream yeah! The Night Swan was a lucky find when I did internet research for B&B's in New Smyrna Beach. My husband and I stayed there for an overnight getaway, and we couldn't have been more pleased.
