After a brief but bad encounter at the Regency Inn, I switched the remainder of my stay to the Hampton Inn and never regretted it. The staff was consistently helpful. Even though I gave them no notice, they were able to get me a room for the full stay at the government rate. I did have to switch rooms once... more
