I Customer service sucks..I was told no refund on reservation due to policy...I had to cancel (2 week notice) after reading some of reviews and they said sorry...you still will be charged ....my credit card info was at their mercy and they charged me before I hung up...don't stay here... more

We were cruising out of Fort Lauderdale 01/24/2009. We stayed at this property the night before our cruise. We had a large group there and received a group rate. The beds are awful! They're wrapped in plastic so every move you make is noisy and almost like you're on a water bed. Could tolerate it for one night but not... more

This place is a DUMP. DO NOT waste your money. Rooms do NOT rate a 'one star". I can go on and on, but from the bathroom to the bedding, the lack of towels, and abundance of noise from the bar (fights). Pay more and stay somewhere else - I wish I did. Such a great location, but not worth... more
