The location for what we were in town for was good. The hotel itself is little tired. Our room..well we looked to make sure the bed had a mattress. We have been coming to the Pier 11 Resort for years. It how has new owners who have done a great job with the motel. The owners and staff are very friendly and professional and always willing to assist where need be. The motel has a great cocktail lounge on the water's edge....very professional and accomodating bartenders.....great music....and Happy Hour... more

The Pier II is an excellent hotel. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, neat, and clean. The hotel had an excellent lounge/bar on the lake that was quite entertaining. the breakfast at the hotel is great and I definitely enjoyed my stay. i thought all the staff were polite and helpful. the over all feel was a very pleasant atmosphere. room's were very clean and tidy and allwas had fresh towels. one of the best hotels i have stayed at. more
