I didn't show up and they charged me this ludicrous charge for a no show policy.100 dollars for a 80 dollar room.Never in the 15 years I have stayed in hotels have I ever been charged a no show fee.This hotel will rob you if you hold a room and then don't show.No exceptions. more
This is a wonderful hotel!! Big, immaculate rooms (we had a king size bed w/ a sofa in the room) w/ fridge/micro. Very nice looking pool (we didn't get a chance to try out). Wonderful "Express Start" continental b-fast (free!!) The hotel staff was very nice (lots and lots of smiles) and very helpful. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. We would definitely stay again!!
