The hotel was convenient for my business trip to the area. It was nice to have a nice place to stay while in the area. Applebees was a short walk wich was nice since I had my truck (just the tractor, no room for a trailer). There is also an IHOP out front, I walked to Wal-Mart to do some... more

Whomever wrote that this hotel is going down hill is sadly mistaken. The staff and people staying in the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to come to a place just to relax and to enjoy the atmosphere of Fleming Island. Once the bowling alley and movie theater are completed you... more

I just read the other reviews on here and I am very surprised at how highly rated this place was. My experience was totally different. To be fair, the room itself was clean (once I got into it) and everything worked just fine including the internet (non-wifi). Breakfast is weak, mostly cereal and donuts. I stayed here for my last... more

For our recent September 22, 2007 business/holiday, we arrived at midnight after a late JAX flight to find a VERY clean room. Management was polite at that hour and helpful. Facilities are only a few months old and all bedding/linens/towels/lighting and furniture are brand new. The room is huge, (double the size of a $300/nt hotel in Jackson Hole Wyo... more

My second stay here. I needed to fax a document to my company HQ. The hotel has a business center for guests to use. I asked at the desk if I can fax to an 800 toll free numbers. The person checked in back with a mgr. I was told $2 for first page and then $1 for each additional.... more

This is not like a regular Sleep Inn. This is a Sleep Inn Suites. This motel opened January 2007. This motel was far better than most Quality Suites and Comfort suites I have stayed in. Maybe because its new but it should be great for a few years and possibly much longer if remains well kept as is currently the... more

SUMMARY - This is a fairly new hotel that doesn't seem to have been discovered yet. It's very clean, sterile and nondescript. The building is located right off of highway 17 in the back of a gigantic suburban shopping plaza. We spent 2 nights there in July 2007. Now for the breakdown. BEDS: We had 2 queen beds that were... more

We happened to be in the Jacksonville area for a family reunion, and an obligatory one day excursion to Disney World. The hotel accomdations were fine, as it is a relatively new facility. It is well located off Route 17, very close to an IHOP, Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday and several local establishments which were far superior to the chains. A... more
