Great Hotel! Brand new rooms! Free Shuttle to disney and close attractions. Just had my daughters Bat Mitzvah at this hotel and it was GREAT!! The staff was so amazing, the rooms were gorgeous. We stayed here in June 2009 just for a night, we had a king kids suite and it was great! the kids part was seperated by a half wall and decorated like a log cabin with 2 sets of bunks they had a little desk and their own TV,the rest of the room had the king bed, table and TV... more

booked with virgin holidays, paid extra for kids themed room didnt get it as the hotel has done awwy wih them Bar was closed at 10 Pm every night pool side bar and snack bar was never open kids club and all activities was none existent.Hotel was mostley id say 80% emptey didnt eat in resturant becouse was over priced. more

We had a great time, check in was a breeze, pool is very clean and the water is very warm. We stayed in the newly renovated side, in a deluex kids suite with a king bed and 2 bunk beds. Poor customer service- had to wait over 20 minutes to check in and was really irritated that the young lady at the desk chose to completely ignore me all that time while she waited on another customer.
