The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal is awesome and the pool area is out of this world. It has a water slide, an outdoor movie screen, and much more! My toddlers loved it and there was so much activity that we stayed out swimming until almost midnight!! I would highly recommend this hotel to families with small children!! more

With each and every stay that we have had this year, it seems like the customer service and problems with keys unlocking your rooms, keys to the elevator to the concierge floor and keys for park charges do not work.
