We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside room # 9202 (Oak Manor) for 2 nights with our teenage boys. The full size BEDS are too small!! Need to update to Queen size. The room was outdated, and over priced at $200 a night, but we decided to stay there for the MAGICAL experience, which we never seen. It was VERY difficult... more

We had stayed there in years past ... It was much better then ... it appears as though the bad economy has perhaps reached Disney .... never thought that would happen. The staff was friendly ... our rooms were decent size and were plenty big for two teenagers, one child and one adult. We found an empty water bottle on... more

My family of 5 stayed here the week of 6/19-6/26. Upon check-in we were put in bldg 36. Very far from the main blg, which I had requested we be close to, so I was offered a room in bldg 14 starting the next day if we wanted to change rooms, which I accepted. The dining plan was very convenient... more

The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, and the walk from our room to the main building was a little more than seven minutes but just over a minute to the closest bus depot. We were very pleased with that convenience. I would compare the cleanliness and furnishings in our room to that of a Days Inn or similar motel. Do... more

We stayed at Disney's Port Orleans Resort – Riverside during a family vacation in early June. No surprises based on online research and reviews. We do recommend that anyone planning to stay here visit www.portorleans.org for valuable information. Our stay was for the seven nights and we flew into Orlando. We chose to use resort transportation and purchase the Quick... more

This was my first trip to Disney World, however, my husbands 654 (not literally) and he insisted that we stay at port orleans riverside, formerly dixies landings i am told. I have to say i absolutely loved it. We did go around and check out all the other resorts and i would have to say that this one was my... more

I stayed at POR with my husband and 3 children from 6/14-6/21. Our first impression was that the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We arrived at 10am and were told at the check in counter that our room wouldn't be ready until about 3 pm. Much to our surprise, I called at 11am and our room was ready. We were in... more

The hotel was very large but that goes with most of Disney's properties. The room was a decent size and included two double beds, a trundle bed, fridge, and other normal items. We were not in the room much, but while we were there it was very quiet. The A/C worked well along with the shower/tub, etc. The hotel was... more

The Port Orleans Riverside was wonderful. Large grounds with shaded pathways, great food court, pools and other things to do. Water is all around the resort. Very relaxing. The bus service to and from the parks was excellent. We stayed at the Acadian, which was very nice. Close to the north bus depot and not too far from the food... more

Everyone warned be that we would come back exhausted after 7 days of DisneyWorld - not when you you are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. Teh greenery, the birds, the river, all made the beginning of the day, and end of the day so relaxing. We chose to spend a full day just hanging out at the hotel and the... more
