This is probably one of my favourate 5 star hotels that I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world! The rooms are fantastic, the service is top notch, the location to the disney parks and spectacular views of fireworks every night makes it spectacular! I stayed 5 nights early June for meetings and a convention, had a great stay, my personal concierge personalized my stay, contacted me prior the arrival and really knew how to anticipate my needs. great staff, great stay! special mention to the Bull & Bear staff, always made me feel special!

Just leaving after a 5 day stay. Hotel is in a good location. Free shuttle is definitely a plus. Hotel is beautiful and very kid friendly. The use of the hyatt kids pool is a big plus as well. This is our second disappointment at the Waldorf. The spa misassigns therapists, the maid service is late and once a day only. All in all a mediocre hotel. We were there for a conference and that is the only way we will stay there.

This time we took a suite. We have come to expect twice daily maid service at the Ritz Grande Lakes, here the once a day service was sometimes at 4PM. Room was adequate, but if I can afford it, the Ritz it is.
