We missed our flight home and this stinking hotel was recommended by the airline. The first room smelled of smoke. The maid saw us going in and directed us to another room. It was dirty. There was no continental breakfast as advertised when booked. Gave me a voucher for a biscuit and coffee from the Burger king across the major road. We checked in after a long day at Sea World to find a disgusting room. The bathroom floor look like it had never been cleaned. The Safe had been removed which left holes in the wall along with where they had painted around it. What topped it off was there was something on the comforter (it was obviously never washed).... more
