Arrived for a three night stay at Old Key West on July 7, 2008. Lobby is well appointed very friendly front desk staff. Was given building 18. We stayed in a studio as we chose the dining plan and didn't feel a need for the kitchen. It was a nice hotel with clean rooms, but I guess I just didn't... more

We took our 4 kids to Disney finally after years of planning. I had stayed at the Old Key West resort about 6 years ago and I was happy with it at that time and thought it would work out well for us. We went with the dining package that Disney now offers and then we packed oatmeal and cereal... more

The room we stayed in was a studio & it wasn't very fancy, but was very convenient for our family. We had a small fridge, a toaster, & a microwave. That made breakfast very easy before heading out to the parks. I booked the stay from someone's time share & got a great deal. This also allowed us to take... more

The primary reason we chose OKW, over other Disney villa resorts, is that it had a bigger, two-person jacuzzi tub in the one-bedroom suite. Sadly, I don't think that alone was enough to make up for the overall dowdiness of the room. The resort was built in the early '90s, and I don't think our room's decor had been updated... more

We are new DVC members (Disney's timeshare program) and this trip to Old Key West was our first stay at a DVC Property (although not our first Disney vacation). We were very happy with the entire experience. We had a 1 bedroom villa for my husband, 3 year old daughter, 4 month old daughter, Mother-in-Law and me. The room was... more

Disney's Old Key West was very nice. We had a studio. It was as expected. The only complaint about the room is they only provided a few paper plates and plastic silverware for a three-night stay. The property was nice -- enjoyed the pool, grounds were pretty, dining was sufficient. We had planned to do paddle boats or rent a... more

We are members of the DVC, with our home resort at Saratoga Springs. However, we wanted to see how the other DVC resorts compared. (Knowing that since this is Disney, you rarely could go wrong) We arrived after midnight with two sleepy children in tow. The outside decor was fantastic; I was so excited! At the front desk, one of... more

I have been a member of the Disney Vacation Club since 1992 with it's inception, and Disney's Old Key West Resort is the best, a studio consists of 2 queen beds, a private deck overlooking the golf course, pools, or creeks, it has a mini bar kitchen area with a smaller fridge, microwave and coffee pot, the bathroom is pretty... more

We went on a group vacation to Disney with two other families and stayed in the Old Key West Resort. We had a two bedroom room and we loved it. Both bedrooms were huge and the master bath had a giant tub that my daughter used as a swimming pool until we made her get out. There was a full... more
